I DON'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THIS FEEL.

(via ESPN.com)

Welp, there we have it. Mike Richards, Jeff Carter and Simon Gagne all with hockey's most coveted prize, the Stanley Cup. Within three years, three of our fair city's most prominent players left via trade, and somehow found one another through impossible odds to rise to the top of the heap. Way to go, boys (but to a lesser extent Carter. You fucking douchebag.). Of course, they wouldn't have been able to do it without the likes of goaltender, Jonathan Quick, captain, Dustin Brown, Anze Kopitar, Drew Doughty, other former Flyer (not pictured) Justin Williams or any of the other major role players on Los Angeles, I'm just singling them out because this is a Philly-centric site.

Congratulations, Kings. You've shown us that with an incredible offense and a brick wall between the pipes, defense really doesn't matter. Here's to hoping your city's media gets your names right from now on.
